FUTURE FOUNDERS PROGRAM

Entrepreneurship, Trades & Leadership for Youth Ages 12–21

The Future Founders Program is a structured, multi-year youth development program for motivated young people ages 12 to 21 who want real-world exposure to entrepreneurship, skilled trades, leadership, and financial literacy.

We understand that college is not the only path to success. Future Founders helps youth build confidence, discipline, and a clear plan for their future while exploring multiple pathways to long-term stability and growth.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Future Founders is designed as a progressive experience, allowing youth to grow within the program as they mature.

Participants engage in:

✔ Age-based group sessions

✔ Entrepreneurship and trade exposure

✔ Leadership and financial literacy development

✔ Group-based mentorship and guidance

✔ Support in creating a realistic, individualized future plan

This is not a one-time workshop. Youth move through the program intentionally over time.

GRADUATE & LAUNCH OPPORTUNITIES (AGES 18–21)

Youth ages 18 to 21 who complete one full year of the Advanced Leadership & Pre-Entrepreneurship Track may enter the Graduate Track, a six-month program focused on execution and readiness.

Participants who successfully complete the Graduate Track and are 21 years old become eligible for the Alumni Launch Network.

Eligible participants may receive support including:

✔ Legal business setup

✔ Assistance with business banking accounts

✔ Early-stage business development support

✔ Business planning and structure guidance

This phase is reserved for participants who demonstrate readiness to move from learning into real-world application.
