Hit The Streets Corporation Provides essential Support to the Homeless, less fortunate and residents of poverty stricken & low income communities in Cuyahoga County
Join us in our mission to support those that are in need or are experiencing hardship, crisis, food or housing insecurity. We base our help off of a Christ centered approach that nurtures the person spiritually, mentally and physically until they’re sustained and, able to prosper in their longterm spiritual, mental, physical and financial goals.

About us.
Our mission is to deliver essential resources such as food, water, hygiene supplies, and social service connections, support & resources directly into the heart of some of the most overlooked & poverty-stricken neighborhoods in and around Cuyahoga county. We service those who are struggling with food and housing insecurity and we go into the storms with them. Our aim is to assist them with strategic planning and support programs that’ll help them attain basic immediate needs in their crisis, including mental health and drug addiction resources.
The goal is that those facing hardships may be able to focus on and attain self-sufficiency and long-term stability. Our support during difficult times also promotes and encourages the importance of healthy social relationships that are sometimes overlooked due to experiencing extreme hardships.

Hit The Streets Corporation is a non-profit organization that dispenses mobile units into homeless encampments throughout Cuyahoga county. We also provide support to those facing hardships, need behavioral health or drug addiction resources and help create self-sufficiency strategies with individuals struggling to sustain mentally, physically or financially.
