OUR PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES
HUNGER & HOMELESS OUTREACH INITIATIVE
Our mobile crisis response units visit homeless encampments and inner city neighborhoods providing hot meals, tents, sleeping bags, hygiene supplies, weather appropriate clothing and shoes, coats and more. These units ensure that those in the most vulnerable situations have direct access to essential resources. This program aims to assist those in need into one of our transitioning programs (S.C.S or C.I.P) to empower the individuals to obtain self-sufficiency.
.
S.C.S (SECOND CHANCE SELF SUFFICIENCY) PROGRAM
Our organization offers a second chance program designed for individuals requiring long-term support, reducing recidivism through job seeking assistance for adults, including professional attire for women in need. Additionally, we offer GED training placement, entrepreneurial assistance, and interview skills development, while connecting clients to external services to increase their chances of achieving self-sufficiency and long-term stability.
C.I.P (COMMUNITY INTEGRATION) PROGRAM
This program supports our clients that are tranistioning beyond the needs of those in the S.C.S program. This provides long-term support along with a more hands on approach for individuals reintegrating into society after facing mental health challenges, substance abuse recovery, incarceration, homelessness, or disabilities. This program focuses on peer support, life skills development, employment readiness, and stable housing assistance to help participants achieve self-sufficiency and long-term success. We ensure that those in this program has the same access to resources as those that are already established in the community.
KIDS WITH CONFIDENCE PROGRAM
This initiative hosts educational workshops, events and supportive programs such as mentoring & summer youth activities for inner city youth.
