Who We Are

Hit The Streets Corporation is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organization serving the Cleveland, Euclid and East Cleveland Communities. We walk in the storms with those we serve. Showing up where the need is great to provide immediate and long-term support for families, youth, and under-served communities.

Our Mission

To address food insecurity and deliver community based support that promotes independence, and long-term self-sufficiency for individuals, youth and families through community based programs and outreach.

What We Do

Our Work focuses on three core initiatives that reach across the community:

*Feed The Streets Outreach: Providing mobile meals, hygiene kits, and direct community support to those facing hunger or homelessness.

*Game Changers youth initiative: Empowering youth ages 12-21 through leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurship programs that build confidence and financial literacy.

*Long-Term Support Services (Medicaid Waiver Program): Providing non-clinical, community based support to adults through Ohio’s Medicaid Waiver Program. Our services focus on community integration, skill-building, and system navigation to help participants increase independence, access community resources, and actively engage in everyday life. Supports are designed to strengthen daily living skills, promote self-direction, and support successful participation in the community.

Our Impact

Since our founding, in 2024 Hit The Streets has provided over 7,000 meals, 3000+ hygiene kits, hundreds of coats, shoes, tents, sleeping bags and other critical resources to those in need. While also creating pathways for long-term success through mentoring, education, and re-entry support.

To build stronger, safer communities where every person no matter their circumstance has access to resources that restore dignity and hope.
